The Artists Association of Nantucket is pleased to share that we will be hosting two artists this spring as part of our
Environmental Artist Residency (EAIR)—a three-week immersive program supporting artists whose work engages with the environment, climate issues, and the natural world. We will be welcoming
Aurora Goodland, woodblock relief printmaking April 5–25 and
Jenny Hersh, hand–cut paper and puppetry May 3–23.
During their time on Nantucket, the resident artist will facilitate community engagement workshops, artist talks, and collaborative events in partnership with local environmental organizations, fostering dialogue around climate awareness and environmental stewardship.
