Daughter of writer and editor Tom Congdon, Elizabeth studied at the Florence Academy of Art and the Parsons School of Design. She exhibited at the Main Street Gallery and South Wharf Gallery, and now (2010) shows at the Robert Foster Gallery.
She has been a Life Member of the AAN, exhibiting since 1992. She lives on the Rhode Island shore and on Nantucket, and currently works as AAN’s Director of Adult Programming.
