Poet, artist and professor of English at Manhattan College.
Fandel graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in English literature, and was poet in residence at Manhattan College. He admits to poetic influences when working in collage as an art medium. “Just as there is the open poem and the contained,” states Fandel, “there is the haphazard collage and the designed.” He held several solo exhibitions at The Main Street Gallery.
