Hello Friends!
Thank you for reading my artist bio. I am a lucky Nantucket native who grew up here, surrounded by artists in one of the most beautiful and inspirational places for creativity. I have studied art since childhood having been influenced by the artists in my own family and that of those whose work I admire. I also studied art while in college and with other local fine arts instructors.
Some of my favorite muses are the sea, boats, beachscapes as well flowers and other natural scenes.
I enjoy painting with both oils and acrylics and using interpretive color palettes. I am thankful to be able to share my work through the Artist Association of Nantucket and I hope you enjoy experiencing my work as much as I do creating it.
