Hello to all! I was always interested in art since I was growing up and seeing my aunt painting or my dad creating with wood and metal. It seemed so natural, but my interest turned towards authentic Lithuanian paper cutting when I was older. Many years later I put my own and more modern twist in creating hand painted paper cutting art. The whole limitless expression of different techniques added together as a result is creating one of a kind art. Also love to work with textures and mixing modalities together.
I was born in Lithuania , finished high school and later studied interior design and art. In 1999 came to United States, Nantucket and have been living here since. Joined AAN in 2008 and later took a brake for couple years to raise a family, joined back in 2023
