Jocelyn is an artist who has taken her love of art and horses and turned it into a lifelong career. She has completed more than 2000 commissioned portraits of horses and dogs and is world renowned in the equine industry. Her work is included in many private and corporate collections as well as the Kentucky Derby Museum and many publications. Trained as a printmaker, earning a MFA in printmaking from Umass, Amherst and a BS in fine art from Skidmore College, her exceptional ability to draw has fueled her versatile career. She is a member of the Art Association of Nantucket and exhibits her work at Nantucket Looms, Vermont Artisan’s Gallery and the Stratton Mountain Club. Recently, Jocelyn painted four life-sized paintings of horses as commissions for clients and interior designers. She has illustrated two children’s books, ‘Beaufort the Painted Pony’ by Candyce Miller and ‘Hungry Hap’ by Cynthia Guill.
