My work is about interpreting light and color in the landscapes. It is mostly representational, capturing a particular time or moment in view. There is a continual process of editing to develop what is essential to the composition rather than precisely capturing a given location. I enjoy working either Plein Air or in the studio. My favorite medium is pastel.
