Maddy Belanger, born and raised on Nantucket, discovered her passion for ceramics at a young age through classes at the Nantucket Artists Association. After earning her degree in Public Health and rekindling her love for pottery during her senior year of college, she returned to the island to set up her own studio.
In addition to her work in ceramics, Maddy is the Administrator and Skating Director at the local rink, where she nurtures her other passion—figure skating. She is dedicated to growing the fun in the sport and coaching young skaters who share the same joy she found on the ice. Whether in the studio or at the rink, Maddy loves fostering creativity and confidence in her community.
