Course Description

Children explore traditional sculpture and hand-building techniques to create fun and unique pieces of art inspired by art history, nature, and their own imaginations. Come have some messy fun!

Due to our commitment to small class sizes and the hands-on nature of art education, we are greatly impacted by cancellations. Nevertheless, we do understand that plans change. Rosalie Kinsey

Rosalie Kinsey is a graduate of Umass Amherst with a degree in Environmental Studies. She grew up in a hilltown of western mass but has recently moved to Nantucket and has experience in running ceramic classes where children's creativity and experimentation are fostered. She is excited to become a part of the island community and to have the ocean as a neighbor.
